With keen curiosity as his signature feature, Javi has been pretty much following the Millennial paradigm hopping from various different jobs to fields of knowledge. From Social Media Manager, Communication Coordinator and Head of Research of many different events and institutions to studying topics like arts, quantum physics, market research and social behaviour as soon as he finished his Bachelor in Fine Arts and Master on Artistic Production. Whilst some may think there is little to none relation between fields like these, he likes to try and see the big picture in order to fully use the potentials of knowledge and information to adapt to any situation, and, as he says, "he enjoys every second of it". He is currently working in Pangea Official, having moved to Madrid after what he calls "The best phone call I've had in my life" which was none other than his job interview. His current position includes assisting the company in communication and research, and he particularly loves it when he is presented with a topic to learn, research or write about, of which he had little to known knowledge of its existence.
