    Klaus Harisch is an experienced entrepreneur. After his Diploma in Physics and PhD in Engineering he started his career as technical advisor to the Federal Minister for Post and Telecommunication in Germany.

    In 1994, he cofounded Dr. Schwarz-Schilling & Partner GmbH, an advisory boutique for telco and online businesses. Three years later, he founded telegate AG, the largest private DA provider (besides the incumbent). He developed the company in four years from 0 to 170 Mio. in revenues and profitability. A successful IPO followed. The company employed 2.500 call-center agents worldwide, incl. the USA (California and Virginia). A few years later, Klaus founded goyellow GmbH, the first yellow-page only-onlineprovider in Germany. He split the company in a software-company and a service-company and sold one part to Volt INC (New York) and the other part to a consortium of yellow-page publishers. He was member of several boards of directors in Germany, Luxemburg and the Netherlands.

    May of 2015, Klaus started to work at the concept of yoummday.com and decided to focus all his efforts on this company, covering the seed financing fully on his own. Klaus lives together with his family in Munich.

    Yaravi is an online media veteran. In her role, she was fully responsible for the sales Revenue, Market Strategy and European Deals; in addition to that she was People Manager driving the performance and development of the Sales Team. Prior to her involvement with Ciao, Yaravi´s online media career started in early 2004 as a Sales Manager for the online company NetOnnet AB, in which she was responsible for the German speaking markets.

    Yaravi graduated in Business Administration with a major in Finances by the prestigious America´s University in Puebla, Mexico (UDLAP) where she held a sport scholarship 5 years being successfully part of the University Basketball Team. Yaravi is fluent in German, English and Spanish, she loves to practice Kickboxing and cook Mexican food. She is also a big fan of Bavarian food and culture.

He is directly involved in company’s R&D, marketing and sales activities, and leads the company portfolio transformation from traditional media to ICT/online through innovative product development and marketing. He is also lecturer at CEED Macedonia (http://ceed-macedonia.org) in direct marketing/sales courses for young entrepreneurs. Yellow Pages: Zlatna kniga (Golden Book; zk.mk) detailed and comprehensive local business directory/search product, with print and online versions and iPhone/Android/Cable TV apps.; Zlatna kniga is the flagship product of the company and is 2 times voted as Superbrand for Macedonia, 2009 and 2011.
    2. 1188 National DA Service (white and yellow pages), introduced to the local market in 2011, available via call center and www.1188.com.mk.
    3. B2B/B2C E-commerce: MarketKonekt (www.marketkonekt.com) - the first regional on-line trade platform/marketplace providing a number of unique product features at the regional markets. The product is still in start-up phase.
    4. Direct Marketing services - our data-base consists of over 40.000 companies from Macedonia (we also provide DM services in Bulgaria, Serbia and Albania through our network partnership).

    Raised in the United Kingdom before attending university in the United States, Paul’s career has covered North America, Europe and Asia. Paul worked for Verizon Information Services for over 15 years in a variety of countries including the US, Canada, Poland, Hungary, Austria, Belgium as well as providing training in the Philippines and Indonesia. 

    In 2010, Paul joined FCR Media working in Estonia, Sweden and Ireland.

    Prior to joining eKomi Simon spent five years with Web.com, and as their first European employee played the primary role in establishing and growing both their direct to market and reseller businesses. Before Web.com Simon spent twelve years with Yell Group in the UK in a variety of Digital Sales Leadership roles and Sales Transformation positions.

    Whilst Simon works in Berlin, Germany, home is in rural Cambridgeshire in the United Kingdom.
