  • Amanda Bence

    Amanda has over 20 years of experience within the media sector, across both European and Australian markets. Having held sales Leadership roles in the directory business Sensis for over 10 years, she then led the digital transition to successfully launch CitySearch across the key metropolitan markets in Australia, before joining European Directories. At European Directories, she was VP, Sales across 8 European markets, during the roll-out of digital solutions and transition to lead-based selling methodologies. Amanda is currently a Senior Consultant, at learn2grow, which provides HR Advisory and Consultancy to companies looking to optimize their performance and/or business transformation.


  • Martyn Cox, Managing Partner, Hullabaloo

    An Australian by birth, Martyn commenced his advertising career at DDB Melbourne after being awarded an Advertising Federation of Australia internship. He then moved to JWT in Australia before his first overseas posting at Lowe in Vietnam as Client Services Director.

    He later moved to Lowe in Bangkok where he was the Executive Vice President, with his final role at Lowe being Group Managing Director of the Prague offices in the Czech Republic.

    He has worked across numerous categories and for brands such as Cadbury, Kraft, Coca-Cola, Unilever, Nestle, ABInbev, Mercedes Benz and GE Money.

    Martyn is now the Managing Partner of Prague-based international advertising agency Hullabaloo.

  • Anastasia Pattison, Ph.D., Moscow Humanitarian University, Russia, MBA,Rochester Institute of Technology, USA, M.A., Moscow Humanitarian Social Academy, Russia

    Dr. Pattison joined UNYP in 2011. In addition to teaching, Anastasia is a managing partner in Shogun Consulting, a business and marketing consulting firm. Previously she worked as a Production Director in the IT industry and has extensive experience in project management, e-marketing, system implementations and conflict management. Outside of the work environment, Anastasia Pattison is conducting research in cross-cultural psychology and holds a scientific grant from the Russian Foundation for Fundamental research. She has published numerous articles on cross-cultural psychology in various scholarly journals and books.

  • William Pattison, MBA, Rochester Institute of Technology, USA, B.A., University of New York in Prague

    William is a full time faculty. He specializes in the areas of Marketing, Strategic Business Development and Project Management. William is a veteran of the 82nd Airborne Division of the US Army where he was Platoon Sergeant and has served in Europe as well as in the USA.

    He has been decorated seven times for outstanding leadership and going above and beyond the call of duty. William moved to the Czech Republic in 2002 and worked as a business consultant to companies such as Eli Lilly Pharmaceuticals and 3M, driving business through developing sales and marketing programs. In 2005 he took a full time position with the 3M company as the country wide Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. He later became a regional project manager for 3M Central & Eastern Europe. Specializing in change management and strategic leadership, he oversaw the modernization of all of 3M's subsidiaries in CEE, CIS & parts of the Middle East. In this position, he has worked in countries such as Turkey, Israel, Russia, Ukraine, Switzerland, Hungary, Romania & Poland. He has been teaching and/or guest lecturing at various Universities and MBA programs in the Czech Republic since 2008.
